2. Collection and purposes

In connection with the site and the EasyKW tool, PlusHaut SRL collects and processes certain personal data for the following purposes:

• Customer relationship and user account management (account creation, billing, support).
• Service operation: connection to Google Search Console (via OAuth authorisation) to analyse, for your own sites, the performance data you allow us to read.
• IT security and site operation.
• Audience analysis and service improvement.
• Communication and marketing, with your prior consent.

Processing is based, as applicable, on contractual performance, legal obligation, consent or the legitimate interest of PlusHaut SRL.

3. Data collected

We only collect data necessary for the purposes above: identification data (name, e-mail, phone, address), billing data (VAT number), technical data (IP address, browser, logs), navigation data, and the Search Console data of the sites you choose to connect. EasyKW never accesses a third party's Search Console without your explicit authorisation.

4. Retention period

• Customer data: 10 years after the end of the contract (legal accounting obligation).
• Prospect data: 3 years after the last contact.
• Technical logs: 12 months.
• Search Console access tokens: kept while the connection is active; deleted upon disconnection or account closure.

5. Transfers outside the European Union

Some data processed via third-party services (Google) may be transferred outside the EU, particularly to the United States, under the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) established by the European Commission.

6. Security

PlusHaut SRL implements appropriate technical and organisational measures (encryption of sensitive data, secure backups, strict access control, secure servers) and requires the same guarantees from its processors. In the event of a data breach, the persons concerned are informed with the details and the measures taken.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent.

8. Exercising your rights

Send your request to rv@dkoop.be or by post to PlusHaut SRL, Rue Vallaville 36B, 7870 Lens, Belgium. Proof of identity may be requested for security reasons.

9. Complaints

10. Cookies

The site may use essential, analytical and advertising cookies. Analytical and advertising cookies are only activated with your consent, manageable via our consent tool.
